Slink Appoints Vasko Dimovski as Chief Operations Officer – EMEA to Lead Central European Expansion

As Slink continues to grow, we are evolving our operating model to support the next stage of the company’s development.

From the beginning, our focus has been on delivering secure, well-structured Microsoft environments for ambitious businesses. As our customer base grows and the complexity of environments increases, it’s important that our delivery capability grows with it.

‍

Over the past year, we have been intentionally building technical capability in Central Europe, with North Macedonia becoming an important part of our operational footprint.

‍

This expansion is not about outsourcing. It is about building a scalable delivery engine that provides greater technical depth, improved continuity, and stronger operational resilience as we grow. Our international delivery capability allows us to scale responsibly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

As part of this evolution, we are continuing to expand our engineering team in North Macedonia.

‍

New team members will be joining to strengthen our technical delivery capability and increase our capacity across core engineering responsibilities. This helps ensure that senior engineers remain focused on higher-value technical work while day-to-day operational activity is handled efficiently.

‍

We are also introducing additional first-line support capacity focused on incoming calls and ticket triage. Over time, this will allow us to bring more of our support capability fully in-house.

‍

Our long-term goal is to build sufficient internal depth to provide continuous support coverage without relying on external call-handling services.

‍

To support this next phase of growth, Vasko Dimovski has joined Slink as Chief Operations Officer for the EMEA region.

‍

Vasko will oversee our Central European operations and help scale the operational structure that supports our delivery teams. His focus will be on ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and strong coordination between our UK leadership and international engineering teams.

‍

As Slink continues to grow, building the right operational foundation is essential.

‍

This evolution allows us to maintain high standards of delivery while positioning the company for long-term, sustainable growth.
